Kuva mu 2020 ubwo kaminuza ya INATEK yafungwaga na Minisiteri y'Uburezi, abaturage bo mu turere twa Ngoma, Kirehe ndetse na Kayonza bagorwa no kubona aho bakomereza amasomo muri Kaminuza zigenga kuko inyinshi ziri kure.

Ushaka kwiga muri weekend nk'abantu basanzwe bafite akazi mu turere twa Ngoma, Kirehe na Kayonza, bimusaba kujya kwiga mu Karere ka Rwamagana, Nyagatare, mu Mujyi wa Kigali cyangwa se mu Majyepfo.

Uyu muyobozi yagize ati 'Ahahoze INATEK turi kuganira na Diyoseze Gatolika ya Kibungo ku buryo bashobora kuhatangiza ishuri rya Kaminuza Gatolika ya Kibungo. Ubu icyo turi kunoza ni ukugira ngo byihute ariko ibiganiro by'uko bazahashyira ishuri byo byararangiye.''

Uyu muyobozi yavuze ko ibiganiro bigeze ahantu heza, asaba abaturage bo mu Karere ka Ngoma na Kirehe kuba bihanganye kuko ngo mu minsi mike bazabona iyi kaminuza yitezweho gufasha benshi kuva mu bwigunge.
