Mu kiganiro yagiranye na The New Times dukesha iyi nkuru, Dr. Menelas Nkeshimana, ukuriye itsinda ryihariye ryo mu Kigo cy'igihugu cy'Ubuzima (RBC) rishinzwe guhangana na Covid-19, yasobanuye ibintu bitandatu byafasha umuntu kwirinda kwandura mu gihe yita ku murwayi wa Covid-19 urimo kuvurirwa mu rugo.

3. Gushyira umurwayi wa Covid-19 mu kato

Umurwayi wa Covid-19 agomba kuba ari mu kato, akirinda uko ashoboye kose kuba yahura n'abandi babana mu nzu. Dr Nkeshimana ati, “ Akato gatangira n'imyitwarire y'umurwayi ubwe, umuntu wese upimwe agasanga arwaye Covid-19, yagombye kumva ko ari inshingano ze kurinda abo babana, akabikora bizadasabye ko haba hari umuntu ubigenzura, umurwayi akumva ko adakwiye kuba ari we wanduza abo akunda, babana mu rugo, urwayi wa Cvid-19 urwariye mu rugo yagombye kugira ibikoresho bye byihariye, kandi akaba ahantu he wenyine”.

4. Umurwayi wa Covid-19 urwariye mu rugo yagombye guhagarika ingendo zose

6. Gukomeza gucunga umurwayi wa Covid-19, ariko umucunga na we azirikana kurinda ubuzima bwe
