Bugesera: Hari gushakwa igisubizo cy’abaturage bahinze Watermelon ntizere - #rwanda #RwOT

Umuyobozi Mukuru wungirije ushinzwe Ubushakashatsi n’Ikoranabuhanga mu Buhinzi muri RAB, Dr Bucagu Charles, yavuze ko bohereje intumwa zo gukurikirana uko ikibazo kimeze.

Dr Bucagu yavuze ko bazafasha aba baturage ku buryo batazahomba ngo n’abafite inguzanyo yavuze ko bazafashwa mu gushumbushwa ku buryo batazahomba burundu.

Watemelon ni urubuto ruribwa rukaba rugizwe na 92% by’amazi na 6% by’isukari. Rukunda kuribwa cyane mu gihe cy’impeshyi kuko akenshi ruba rukonje rukabavura inyota, rubamo Vitamine A,C,B6 na B1, habamo kandi imyunyungugu ya potassium, magnesium, carotenoid na lycopene.

Uru rubuto rufite umumaro kandi ku buzima bw’umuntu kuko rufasha mu kurwanya indwara z’umutima, kurinda umwuma mu mubiri, koroshya igogora, gutuma uruhu n’umusatsi bihorana itoto n’ibindi byinshi.
