As INGUFU GIN Ltd plans to expand its operations in the new building of the factory located in Kamonyi District in Runda Sector, the management of the factory confirms that this will play a role in creating new jobs for the community and contributing to Development of Kamonyi District and the country as a whole.
INGUFU GIN Ltd manufactures Liquors of various types including Red Warage, Club Whisky, Rabiant, G&S, NGUVU GIN, Royal Castle GIN and has already launched other new liquors notably New House and Home Town liquors.
The Management of INGUFU GIN Ltd reminds Rwandans that bottles of liquors from this factory are used only once so that people should not be confused that whatever contains in bottles of INGUFU GIN Ltd are products of the factory because sometimes there are people who pick them up and fill in other types of beers which put the lives of consumers in dangers and most of the time causing deaths.
Ntihanabayo Samuel, the Managing Director of INGUFU GIN Ltd explained that there were some people who died and people claimed that they have drunken liquors belonging to the factory which is not the case
He said that liquors produced by INGUFU GIN Ltd has the RSB S-Mark Certificate and they are approved also by National Food and Drug Authority.
Regarding the start of work in the new building of the factory, Ntihanabayo Samuel says that among the existing employees, they will add about 40% of their existing employees.
He also explains that among the factory's current employees, about 75% of them are women workers.
The factory normally employs about 104 full-time employees and another 40 casual employees.
'You can see that if we were already using three ranges in the Production room and now, we are going to add two more you find that the staff will increase by about 40%,' he said.
'The first is to provide employment to the people living in the vicinity of the factory and also to cooperate with the Kamonyi district in public development activities, as well as to continue to respond to the demands of the private sector to continue to contribute to the development of the country,' Ntihanabayo explains.
