We inform you that the named MUTABAZI Abudu, son of Kabera and Uwimabera, Domiciled at Ibuhoro Village, Kibagabaga cell, Kimironko sector, Gasabo district, in the city of Kigali applied for the authorization of the change of the name from his current name MUTABAZI Abudu to be called MUTABAZI Abdul Karim in the National Population Registry. The reason for the change of name is that it is my nickname.
