Emmy Ngabonziza the District Executive Administrator for Nyarugenge District in the Capital Kigali on Saturday joined residents of Karama model village in a campaign to plant 47,500 Fruit-Trees.
For commencement of this Fruit-trees planting campaign, a total of 1000 Fruit-trees were planted in this area including; 500 avocado trees, 250 mango tree seedlings, 250 lemon tree seedlings.
Meanwhile, DHL -world's leading postal and Logistics Company offered a cheque of Rwf1.5million to cover health insurance for 500 vulnerable residents. This muganda was possible through partnership with Nyarugenge Youth Volunteers and DHL.
